In these classes you’ll learn to release long held patterns of tension to promote better posture and ease in any activity in which you’re engaged. These movements are a wonderful antidote for aches, pains, and general stiffness, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting. Somatic Movement Practice through Yogis and Yoginis:

Thursdays, 2:15-3:30PM ET. This is a hybrid class, offered both on-line and in-person at Yogis and Yoginis, 432 6th Avenue in Park Slope Brooklyn. To sign up, you’ll need a MindBody account.
